500mg Paracetamol Tablets IP are mild analgesic and antipyretic. They are suggested for the treatment of most painful and febrile conditions. In addition, they are also used for treating headache, toothache, neuralgia, sore throat, backache, colds and influenza, etc. They are also helpful treating rheumatic pain and dysmenorrhoea. These tablets are not recommended for children under 10 years of age. They should not be taken for more than 3 days without consulting the doctor.
